Leadership Coaching Days
What's this all about?
Leadership coaching days are a service held inside the retail store with anyone from the retail team to the District Manager. During this day, we work side by side looking at areas the business wants to focus on (usually this is sales improvement or processes to optimize the efficiency of staff).
During the day, I ask questions to the person(s) to understand their way of working and challenge that with new strategies - mindset to transform behaviors and habits. Retailers all want change and growth but until the person starts to think differently, nothing changes. This is what I help them to do - think differently, so they can act differently.
